Cindy is a joint Vaske lab/Childhood Cancer Data Lab postdoctoral scholar specializing in analyzing RNA splicing in bulk and single-cell RNA-seq datasets for clinically relevant signatures. Cindy received a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis in 2018. As an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Hwai-Jong Cheng's lab, they became interested in the impact of environmental stressors and genetics on disease.
